Lindsay Alissa King is a writer and journalist at Ballet Rising. She completed a Ph.D. in the history at UCLA, and she now works as a writer, journalist, and nonprofit administrator for projects relating to dance, history, and the arts. Lindsay has traveled extensively and lived abroad in multiple countries, and she is passionate about hearing the stories of people everywhere. At Ballet Rising, Lindsay researches and uncovers stories about ballet initiatives and dance communities around the world.
